Paul was a great host, we had good chats, and the guest house was clean. The location is great too. Thanks for a great breakfast, Paul. I didn’t realise I’d booked a room with the bathroom outside the room, and I wasn’t keen on that. It meant going back and forth without much privacy, and being right next to the dining room meant the talking woke me up. The bed was very uncomfortable, though I’m not sure if it was the mattress or the box spring. I’d definitely stay again, just wouldn’t book ground-floor room 6. Canada.

Room 6 was listed as a small double, but it was perfectly adequate for the two of us. Although we knew it wasn’t en suite, we were pleasantly surprised to have a private toilet and shower next door. There were nice little extras too, a wee chocolate each, biscuits, and tea and coffee facilities, plus a free resident pass for the car. We both enjoyed breakfast and would be happy to return.

The hosts were super friendly and professional, and the place was absolutely spotless. My bedroom was really spacious and had every facility you’d expect, including a massive double shower. The bed was the comfiest ever. This is truly one of the best stays I’ve had in the U.K. If it’s available, go, it’s that simple. This was the view from my bedroom window.

The owner was a very pleasant chap when I met him at check-in. My double room felt like a home from home, with plenty of space and everything I needed. There was loads of tea and coffee, a packet of biscuits, and an iron and ironing board. The bed was huge and very comfortable, with loads of pillows. I was genuinely reluctant to get up. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Liz was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal, just a very short walk into town and right by the beach. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable, and this was a super B&B. Breakfast was ordered the night before and arrived promptly. It was very nice, with extras on the table like fresh fruit and cereals. I’d definitely stay again.
