The manager was really friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely recommend the lodges. They’re well equipped, with spacious grounds and a laundrette onsite. The setting has lots of trees and room to breathe, while Ballater is still just a short walk away.

We keep coming back, and next year will be our fifth visit. Gordon is a great host. The cabin is clean and comfortable, and we really enjoy having a fully equipped kitchen.

We’ve come two years in a row to visit family and really like staying here. The cabins are comfortable and clean, in a lovely setting, and there’s a free launderette. The owners and staff are very nice and chatty.

The host was friendly and really helpful, and the children had a great time on the play equipment. The lodges are clean and spacious, set among lovely pine trees and well placed for walks and exploring Ballater. 10/10.

We had everything we needed in the lovely Glenmuick Lodge, and Ballater is only a short walk away. We absolutely loved our weekend stay and were so sad to leave.
