Hadley Wood is lovely for a wander or just a bit of time doing nothing, and you wouldn't guess how close it is to the Northern line. After busy days out, we even ended up relaxing in the bar. It had a great atmosphere on a Tuesday night, with a few locals, and joining them felt natural. We had a wonderful two-night stay in one of the Hadley's downstairs extension rooms. Everything was immaculate, the rooms were well equipped and beautifully presented, and the family and staff were so lovely. The gorgeous Maria? was friendly, knew the area well, and was a great advert for Barnet. She really cared that we had a good time and was happy to help with anything. Breakfast was fabulous and made to order, with every whim catered for. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel strongly about how lovely this hotel is and would thoroughly recommend it.

Maria was an excellent host, and the vegan breakfast with a couple of eggs added was superb. We stayed in the newly refurbished basement rooms at the Hadley Hotel. Great value and highly recommended. I'll make it my go-to spot for overnight stays in North London.

From the original booking until the moment we left, every member of staff did all they could to make our stay the best possible. I was visiting for surgery at a local clinic, and they went above and beyond to keep things comfortable and stress free. Five stars for customer service. Have I stayed somewhere bigger or more salubrious? Probably. Have I enjoyed those stays as much? Definitely not. You can't put a price on good service. Thank you, Hadley hotel! 😀x

We've stayed here three times now and love coming back. The staff and service are great. Chef Cerane even helped carry our many bags upstairs, and waitress Maria was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its staff and service.

A huge thank you to The Hadley Hotel and the staff for stepping in when I was let down for my mother's Wake. They were the best, friendly, helpful and considerate, and helped us give mum a good, appropriate send-off. Our family stayed in the rooms, which were clean, fresh and stylish, and we used the bar. This is a real neighbourhood Hotel. Anyone wanting to experience great local hospitality should come here. Thank you from all Ann's Family
