Being close to Pultney Bridge, the market, shops, and train station made getting around easy. We stayed three nights, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Sannah at reception answered our questions and helped with anything we needed. Room service was very quick, and the room was cleaned promptly. The bath and spacious bathroom were lovely, and the beds were comfortable too. The pillows felt a bit hard to me, though that’s personal preference. Great hotel!

Sally made breakfast especially memorable. She was so friendly and lovely, and we had some great chats and laughs in the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, too. I was travelling alone and spent two nights at the Abbey Hotel. The room was comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. A lovely stay from start to finish.

Breakfast was a real highlight, thanks to Daisy’s attentive, friendly service. She made our mornings at the Abbey Hotel so enjoyable. We also had a comfortable, clean, modern and warm room, and Bath’s historic sights were an easy walk away. We had a wonderful stay.

We were upgraded when we arrived, and our Secret Escapes booking came with breakfast and a complimentary welcome drink. The room also had a view (photo attached). It was a beautiful hotel in a fantastic spot, right in the city and perfect for a weekend away. We had an amazing stay!

Daisy was so kind and attentive, and made us feel welcome and comfortable the whole time. Her friendly manner made this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, and I really appreciated the great service.
