Vedant has been bringing breakfast to my room every day since I asked if it could be delivered around 4:00 AM. I’m observing Ramadan and can only eat before dawn, so I really appreciate his help. Hasan also took care of the heating in my room and responded quickly, which made a big difference to my comfort. I was told my previous hotel booking had been cancelled and that I’d be staying at DoubleTree by Hilton in Bath instead. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but the front desk team made me feel welcome straight away and reassured me that my two-week stay would be a good experience. The signature warm cookie was a lovely touch. Many thanks to Vedant and Hasan for their kindness, hard work, and for making me feel so well looked after during a long stay.

Our first weekend away with our 3 month old daughter was comfortable and really enjoyable, thanks to Hassan (front of house) and Mario (maintenance man) and everything they did during our stay. They gave us the best customer service, and this hotel is lucky to have them both. A HUGE thank you again!! 🥝🥑

The location is fantastic, with the town centre just minutes away, a supermarket on the doorstep, and the famous Roman baths about ten minutes off. Parking isn’t reserved. There’s a public car park under the hotel, but it was full when we arrived because of a nearby rugby match. We parked on the street for a couple of hours using the MiPermit app, then moved into the car park. We stayed overnight as a family in a family room with a huge king bed and a single sofabed, and had breakfast. There was room to spare even after we’d done some shopping. It was very cold when we arrived, as the air conditioning seemed to be working too well, but housekeeping brought extra blankets quickly. We didn’t try the shower because we went to the local baths, though everything else seemed good. Both beds, including the sofa bed, were lovely and comfortable. Reception were helpful and friendly. Matteo at breakfast had a great personality, gave us a warm welcome and a brisk, entertaining guide to breakfast, and made the place feel extra special. A great stay and decent value for Bath.

Liv was very sweet at checkout and left us with a lovely last impression. During check-in, Kay welcomed us warmly, and the cookies were delicious. Tom at the bar and reception was friendly and made us feel at home. Our king bed was incredibly comfortable, the river view from the room was beautiful, and breakfast was nice too. We had a great stay at the DoubleTree in Bath and would happily return.

The location is one of this hotel's best points, right in the centre of Bath. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are helpful and pleasant. There’s a nice bar area for meeting up and having a drink. Breakfast has a good selection, though some items aren’t available if you come down later. There’s parking beneath the hotel, but it isn’t cheap.
