Henrietta House, a member of Radisson Individuals

We paid an extra £10 a night for a bigger room instead of the small cosy one, and I’d recommend choosing the standard room. Ours was on the top floor and had air conditioning, which was a relief because it was boiling. The only downside was that it kept switching from cold to hot. The hotel itself was lovely, in a perfect location, and really good value. I’d come back.

The place felt tired and needed a deep clean and fresh paint. Our bath towels were well past their best, the wash basin had a six-line crack, and the shower extractor fan didn’t work. On the plus side, the front-of-house staff were welcoming, they let us leave our bags, and the location was good.

The room was spotless, well maintained, and had a beautiful view from the window. I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, it was a lovely surprise. Staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and I had a wonderful stay in a perfect location.

Henrietta House feels like a home away from home, with warm, stylish decor and lots of character. My room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail that made everything feel right. The hotel is on a quiet, charming street, but still just a short walk from Bath’s highlights, so I loved having both the calm and easy access to everything I wanted to see. The staff are what make Henrietta House special. Everyone I met was kind, and you could feel their warmth, pride, and genuine joy in their work throughout the stay. Raj greeted me with such a friendly, welcoming smile from the moment I arrived, and it immediately put me at ease. A memorable, cosy stay, full of heart. I’ll absolutely be back.
