Premier Inn Bedford Town Centre

The room was lovely and clean, the hallway was tidy, and I really liked the fresh, spacious bathroom. Housekeeping were attentive and welcoming when we passed them on the way to our room. Our first stay at the premier inn Bedford, and we've already recommended it to family and friends. We'll book again for sure. Kenan, elizabeth and Joanna at reception were great: welcoming, cheerful and patient. Check-in was quick, with everything explained, and after a hectic morning we felt at ease. Ten out of ten on all levels. Thank you :)

A calm, relaxed start to the day, whether you were taking your time or getting ready for a busy schedule. The hot breakfast was fresh and filling, and the continental choices made a nice balance. Everything was organised and topped up efficiently, with nothing feeling rushed or missing. Reliable, satisfying and good value. Ten out of ten from me!

My room looked out over the river, and the location was ideal for going into the town centre. There are some great restaurants right nearby, including by far the best wagamamas I've ever been to. The room was comfortable and had everything needed, as you'd expect at a Premier Inn. I'd stay again. There's plenty of parking directly opposite, but it's off-site and not free, about £16 overnight, so remember to factor that in.

The room was spacious, dry and clean, and the staff made our short stay pleasant. The breakfast chef was friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted. Richard, who was working in the evening, was also very friendly and helpful. At check-in, the woman made the process easy and straightforward. Those were the three staff members we met, from arrival to departure. Thank you.
