The room and bathroom were clean and fresh, and the stay was good value for a short visit. There was no soap or shampoo, so bring your own. I could hear sirens from town, though I slept through them. I was a little unsure about the lack of a doorman or security, given the busy city centre location. Reception explained that the doors are locked after 11pm, with two receptionists on site and security overnight. I felt safe sleeping there.

After a long day, it was a relief to come back to a room that was warm, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the stay matched what was described. I had a really pleasant time and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a good stay. The room was comfortable and the hotel is in a nice location. A few small things could be better: parking on the street costs extra, there were no complimentary biscuits with the coffee, the bath panel was slightly cracked, and we had to ask for an iron and hairdryer instead of finding them in the room.

There isn't a breakfast option at the hotel, but there are nearby places for a proper breakfast or takeaway sandwiches. The location is right in the centre, with everything within walking distance, and the staff were helpful when needed. My room was spacious enough, with a comfortable bed, good heating and hot water, and the main amenities. It didn't have a wardrobe, which wasn't a major issue for me, though it could be a problem for families with children.
