The room had everything we needed for a short visit, from towels and a hairdryer to a kettle with tea, coffee and milk. It was clean, practical and comfortable. Breakfast was a straightforward spread with eggs, rashers, sausages, hash browns, tomatoes, cereal, bread and pastries, plus drinks. Nothing special, but plenty for a night or two. The hotel is handy for the centre, about a 10-minute walk to the Christmas Market and main sights, and there are restaurants and little shops just behind it. Free guest parking is a real bonus here, and there’s a small gym, a bar and a comfortable lounge. Good value for a Belfast break. I’d stay again.

The breakfast was the highlight for me, especially the fresh, really tasty sausage and bacon. The staff helped with everything, and I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Happy to stay here again 🫡

We slept really well, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The room itself was very small, but it had what we needed; I’d only have liked a little fridge. The bathroom was modern, clean and lovely, with soap and fresh towels. Staff were very nice, and breakfast was warm and tasty, with good coffee, fresh fruit and plenty of places to sit. The gym was clean and modern too. I’d definitely come back.

We’ve been coming every 6-8 weeks since March 2025, and the staff are consistently friendly, with customer service ranging from very good to excellent. The rooms are compact, but we don’t spend much time in them, and the beds are very comfortable. We especially like the air conditioning, the Members ‘Quiet’ Corridor and the powerful showers in the rooms we’ve used on MQC. Free breakfast, parking and WIFI have been game changers for us, and the four newly installed EV Chargers are a great addition. The food is very good too.

The free parking is a big plus for a hotel this central, especially if you’re driving in for a city break. The rooms are clean and modern, and the place is well maintained. We got a great price for the night, and breakfast being included was a nice touch. It’s convenient for the main centre, with popular spots only a few minutes away by car.
