Second visit to Tracy’s and it was just as good. The service was fantastic, she was really friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing. I’m sorry I didn’t find this place years ago, because I won’t stay anywhere else now. On our first visit we’d booked last minute and taken a chance, but the rooms were so clean and beautifully decorated, with loads of towels and really hot showers. Tracy couldn’t do enough for us, the food looked amazing, the location was perfect, and off-road parking was a major plus. Five stars plus from me!

The twin room had a brilliant Oriental theme, and there are other themed rooms too, such as Flamingo, egyptian and renaissance. It was two floors up with no lift, but that was fine for us. My daughter and I stayed from Wednesday to Friday this week and Tracey welcomed us warmly. The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely quality bed linen, and the shower was amazing. Breakfasts were great, especially the sausages. It’s a good location, a little way out from town so there’s no noise at night. The nearest tram stop is Pleasant Street. We’d definitely recommend it and will be back!

Tracy was so kind, a real star. We were checked in quickly and early, and she checked we were happy and asked if we needed anything. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. It’s a quiet area, and Tracy has an amazing bar with a great selection. I can’t fault this hidden gem after our week-long stay to see the parents. Tracey was a perfect host, really friendly, and went out of her way to make sure I was okay after I hurt my back while out on the last day. The room was very clean and well looked after, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was first class. Thank you, Tracey.
