The breakfast setup was the one letdown for me. Unlike the buffet-style breakfasts at the Hull and Doncaster Premier Inn branches, where you can serve yourself, choose what you like, and go back for more, here you have to order and write down what you want. It's harder to get more, feels restrictive, and isn't as convenient for families. Apart from that, we had a good stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, in a convenient location, and the reception staff were especially helpful, professional, and welcoming. I just prefer the buffet breakfast at other Premier Inn locations.

Room 101 was quiet, clean, smelled fresh, and had a lovely view of the airport and runway. The bed was lovely too, and we both slept like babies. The shower only trickled, though it worked fine when switched to the bath setting. I mentioned it to reception in the morning, and they apologised and said they'd send maintenance to check it. Just be aware that weekday breakfast runs from 7am to 9am, not the usual 10:30 finish, so don't miss it like we did. The pub next door is handy for a meal or quick drink. We took an Uber to the main pier, which cost £5.30 and took about 7/8 minutes. It's a nice spot if you'd like to be a little outside the centre where it's slightly quieter, while still close to all necessary amenities. The receptionist who checked us in was lovely, polite, and happy to answer our questions. The housekeeping staff we passed in the morning were friendly too. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back soon.

We often come here to see family in Blackpool or for a quick break, but this overnight stay was for a funeral the next morning. At check-in, the receptionist asked why we were staying. I wish I could've given her a better answer, but she handled the awkward truth exceptionally well. I'm sure that question goes better 99% of the time, but unfortunately I was the 1%. Five minutes after check-in, she knocked on our door with a condolences card and a small tin of biscuits. It was a small gesture, but so appreciated in a world that increasingly feels short on humanity and compassion. Thank you.

The room was a good size and spotlessly clean, with a hair dryer and plenty of tea and coffee. Reception said we could ask for more if needed, and the lady there was friendly, helpful, and professional. Parking was free, with check-in from 3pm and checkout at 12 noon. We stayed overnight after a show at Winter Gardens, which is about a 15 minute taxi ride away. We booked breakfast at the pub next door and found it good value. Certainly recommend this Premier Inn.

We celebrated my birthday here and would definitely stay again. The room was comfortable and quiet, and it was only a short walk to the tram for the seafront. There are plenty of food options nearby, including McDonald's and Dominios. We mentioned my birthday to the staff in the morning, and when we returned that evening there was a little card, a pack of biscuits, and some stickers for my daughter.
