Josh at the restaurant was brilliant, always kind, friendly, and hard working. When my car broke down, he checked that we were all right, which I really appreciated. I hope he gets a day off soon! The hotel is well located, with clean rooms and a great on-site restaurant. My only room complaint was noise from the guest above us, so I'd give the room 4 stars. Everything else was brilliant. I've stayed in plenty of Premier Inns, and this is easily my favourite. The Premier Plus rooms are especially cosy, modern, and quiet. Josh was a welcoming host in the restaurant, Andrea made a fantastic breakfast, and Mya kept the room spotless.

I've had two very comfortable, pleasant nights here for work, and would gladly pay to stay here myself. I had a ground floor Premier Plus room beside the main door, but noise wasn't a problem. Mya kept it very clean, and the other staff I met were just as professional. There are lots of facilities a short walk away. It's the nicest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Well done to the whole team, please don't change.

We were able to add breakfast at check-in after forgetting to book it online. Check-in itself was quick and easy, and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was really nice, the coffee spot on, and the woman serving breakfast was very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a really comfortable bed. Even the kettle was decent, so I could make a proper cup of tea. The bath and shower were easy to use, though a mini fridge and safe would have been useful. The location is good, less than a 10 minute drive into Blackpool. We stayed two nights and would definitely return.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was nice. It's a fairly decent Premier Inn and comfortable enough to stay in, though the bathroom plaster was crumbling and the place could use some renovation. There was quite a bit of noise, but that's expected in Blackpool and wasn't the hotel's fault.
