I paid around £60 for two people on a Sunday in a Premier Inn PLUS room, with buffet breakfasts included. I think I'd booked during their occasional free breakfast offer around Black Friday, so that's very good value. The restaurant staff were attentive, and breakfast had a nice cooked buffet with fresh poached eggs and vegetarian sausages made to order. The room came with a fridge and complimentary water, a coffee pod machine, chocolates, an iron, lovely smelling soaps, a great shower, and a comfy chair with foot stool. The bed was comfortable, the corridors smelled fresh, the location was perfect, the tower view was nice, and the staff were great. The room was just a tiny bit dusty. I'd return, and probably will.

We spent two nights here and had a smooth check-in with friendly reception staff. The accessible room had plenty of space to get around with a walker and a large wet room bathroom. The bed was comfortable too. It's an ideal spot, just a short walk from the promenade, pier, Tower, and town centre. There is disabled street parking near the hotel and a multi-storey car park a short walk away. Highly recommend the Premier Inn.

The people working here are what make it the best Premier Inn I've stayed at. Everyone, from the cleaning team to reception and the restaurant, was welcoming and cheerful, and that rubbed off on the guests. The location is great too. Parking at the Talbot Rd multi-storey just up the road was easy. I've attached a photo from the restaurant and a view from the room.

Only one of the three lifts was working during our four days, so we had quite a wait at certain times. The bathroom also needed more cleaning, with a dirty shower head and soap and shampoo dispenser, although the room itself wasn't pretty clean. We had a great view of the tower from the fifth floor, and street noise wasn't too noticeable. The town is handy, with the station and car parks a 5-10 minute walk away. I'd stay here again, but avoid the restaurant. It was terrible!

The room was quiet despite all the pubs and nightclubs nearby, and the hotel is well situated. The staff were polite, but this Premier Inn stay fell below the usual standard, especially for the rates charged. We asked for the room to be cleaned, but when we returned the bed had been made without changing the sheets, dirty mugs were still there, and the bin hadn't been emptied. A rubber bath mat for my child never arrived either. The room temperature control didn't work. The restaurant was repeatedly full, and we were turned away on our second night. I understand Blackpool North has few restaurant options and there were fireworks on, but the restaurant should be able to fit staying guests. Seating rules also seemed too strict. At breakfast, several tables in the bar were empty because cutlery hadn't been put out, an easy fix. One small thing, the self check-in machines couldn't create key cards.
