I’m never booking this hotel for my employees again. A migrant hotel! How low and greedy can you get, taking away convenience for businesses for the sake of hard working taxpayers’ money!

The breakfast had a great choice and everything I tried was tasty. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Every staff member I met was friendly and helpful, and made me feel like a valued customer. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re passing this way.

The room was ideal for our quick stop, with all the essentials and then some. The beds were great, and the shower was fabulous. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and at a comfortable, adjustable temperature. Small touches mattered too, like the low LED bathroom lighting for night visits and the cleverly positioned bedside lights. I appreciated the comfortable desk and office chair. I expected a basic hotel from the image I had before visiting, but it’s new and made a great first impression. The gentleman at reception was accommodating, polite, and informative. We had a good meal before bed with plenty of choice. Breakfast was busy but served quickly and efficiently, and the staff handled any issues politely. More than good, excellent!

The staff were friendly, and the desk and comfortable chair were useful when I had daytime meetings. It’s convenient for business trips, though the rooms are quite small. Breakfast is included, but it was the same each morning, eggs, beans, sausages, and bacon, and wasn’t very impressive. We tried to have dinner there too, but with so few staff only a few menu items were available. The cleaning was disappointing: the sheets weren’t changed for five nights in a row, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, and no shampoo or soap was brought to the room even though the soap had been empty since we arrived. There were no windows that could be opened, either. Those issues, along with breakfast, are why I’m giving two stars.
