The room made us leave about half an hour after arriving, even though we were meant to stay the night. The carpet had urine and blood stains, there was mold starting in the bathroom, cobwebs around the cabinets, dim lighting, and an unpleasant smell. I started sneezing and had a runny nose within five minutes, and my partner got bitten by something after sitting on the bed. The outer building hallway was grimy too, with stained carpets and dirty walls, and the place felt dated and strange from the start. We didn't feel safe sleeping there, so we went to the Crown Plaza by the airport instead, which was excellent. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Amir Hamza was especially kind and professional, and helped us by providing a convenient way to heat our food. His hospitality made the stay comfortable and memorable. I had a great time here and would highly recommend the hotel! 🌟

The main issue for me is how much outside light comes into the room, even with the curtains shut. That really needs fixing. Apart from that, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the welcome is always friendly. I've stayed here several times before an early flight from Manchester Airport, and it's a good hotel.

I checked in at 10:30 p.m., and Amir Hamza at reception was so friendly. He showed me to my room and made me feel welcome. The hotel has some great features, so I've decided to stay another week. Wonderful guest service, he's a real gem.

Black mold covered the bathroom, and the carpet was full of stains. The room also had a microwave, but I wouldn't dare put anything in it. The hallway was absolutely disgusting. It's a nice building, people, and you could do so much better. Seriously 😳
