We had a selection of small and large canapés, really good bowl food and plenty of dessert choices at my birthday bash yesterday evening. The food was excellent, and the staff genuinely wanted everyone to have a great night. Helderf was fantastic helping us set things up, and Colette helped us choose the food, arrange the room and work out timings. They made what could have been stressful into an enjoyable process. We stayed over, and the room was lovely and breakfast was great. We forgot our cozzies, so didn't get to use the spa, but maybe next time. Friends and family also complimented the food and staff. Thanks, Pontlands Park, for making my 60th one to remember.

We were kindly upgraded, which was a lovely surprise, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We also used the swimming facilities next door, which were included in our stay. The reception and dinner staff were incredible and clearly cared about looking after guests. Helderf looked after us at dinner, joking and chatting and helping us feel at ease. It was honestly the best service I've ever had. A big thank you to everyone, we hope to return.

The staff were kind and friendly, and breakfast was really good. We spent a night here with my partner and loved the beautiful place. Our room was amazing, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Hope we can visit again.

The old hotel and its grounds are beautiful. Our garden-facing suite was lovely, and every staff member we met was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming back.

We were very disappointed by the spa. Chemicals were put into the jacuzzi while guests were still in it, which concerned us. For the high nightly price, having to ask for bottled water was unexpected, and breakfast service fell short of what we expected. We wouldn't return or recommend the property.
