We loved the happy atmosphere throughout the hotel. The team clearly take pride in their work and care about each guest’s experience, and it made our anniversary feel even more special. Every person we met, from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping, was warm and said hello with a smile. Laura at reception was particularly helpful. She explained the Park & Ride into Chester and marked it on our map. It was so easy, just a five-minute walk from the hotel and £2.50 return. We stayed three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a fantastic time. Check-in on Wednesday evening was friendly and efficient, with clear information about parking, the restaurant and spa. Our Prestige room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The anniversary decorations were such a thoughtful surprise, thanks to everyone involved. And thanks to Kajol for keeping the room in lovely condition. We’d happily return.

We had a lovely stay and felt welcome from the start. The room was clean and had everything we needed for one night. It suited us as a couple and our dog, who was greeted with a pet and a big smile at reception. The hotel is very dog-friendly. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna in the afternoon and again early in the morning. There weren’t many people around, so we could really relax. Food was good too. Breakfast was included in the room rate, a fresh and typical English breakfast, and dinner was tasty. If we’re ever in Chester again, we’ll book here. It’s very close to the city centre.

The rooms are basic but did the job, especially for the price. Staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast was included. They brought my GF toast and bacon separately, as requested. We also enjoyed the clean pool facilities. The location worked really well for exploring Chester and Liverpool. We stayed as a couple with our dog and had no complaints.

Akash at reception deserves a mention. He was friendly, helpful and always smiling, and it’s clear he loves the job. He went above and beyond for guests, and his attitude really added to our stay. I had a very pleasant visit. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. The leisure area was tidy and clean as well, and the pool was lovely and warm, just right for relaxing. I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed two nights, my husband and I. Laura welcomed us at reception and made us feel at home right away. She checked us into our privilege room, showed us where things were and explained the opening hours. She also told us about the restaurant deals, so we booked a two-course meal that evening. It was very nice, and all the staff there were lovely and polite. Our room was clean and lovely, with everything we needed: tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, iron and ironing board, docking station, robes and slippers. The pool and spa were lovely too, and it’s only a short drive to Chester town centre. I’d definitely stay again. Thanks.
