The Bull Inn Lodges

The rooms were fabulous, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious tub. There was a great continental breakfast with lots of variety and options. We had dinner before staying the night at Bull Inn Lodges. The portions were generous, the food was very good, and both the chicken and burgers were superb. Would definitely recommend.

These are great, simple lodges, with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed if you need it. Everything was provided, and it was extremely clean. Check-in and check-out were simple. If you're there over the weekend, the pub next door serves a wonderful breakfast. Really great, absolutely couldn't fault anything.

Rolvenden is charming and picturesque, like stepping back in time. We visited the pub for my wife's birthday lunch on the 10th of July. It's spacious, has a lovely country feel, and you can sit inside or out. The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent and cooked really nicely. Would highly recommend.

The continental breakfast was as advertised, left in the room, and there was plenty of it. Parking was good too. The pub next door is a separate establishment and has an attractive menu, but on a weekday you need to get there by about 8pm to be sure of ordering before the kitchen closes. We didn't make it, so we ate at the Ewe and Lamb, about a five-minute drive away, and it was excellent. Our room was warm and cosy on a cold, wet November night, spacious and well furnished, with a good-sized bed and everything well equipped. The decor was clean and attractive, including the en suite.
