Shannon and Melroy made our visit memorable. From the moment we sat down, they were welcoming, attentive, and professional, and made us feel relaxed and looked after. The food and drinks were excellent too. I enjoyed every minute and will definitely return. They’re a real credit to Hilton Croydon, highly recommended.

Breakfast is always a highlight for us, thanks to Yavus, the breakfast manager. His care, positive energy, and attention to detail help the day get off to a good start, and he makes sure guests are comfortable and things run smoothly. Housekeeping is excellent too. Gina clearly leads a great team, and our rooms are consistently spotless, well prepared, and maintained to a high standard. My girlfriend and I keep returning to Hilton London Croydon for its comfort and consistency, but especially for the welcoming atmosphere and staff. Nadir, Yamuna, and Stefano at the front desk are professional, friendly, and eager to help from check-in through check-out. They make us feel valued as guests. It’s rare to find so many people who bring such genuine hospitality and professionalism. We highly recommend it and will keep coming back.

We love this place and really appreciate the hospitality. At breakfast, Yavuz is always kind to me and my family, asks how we’re doing, and makes sure everything is just right. Yamuna at the front desk greets us with a lovely smile and makes us feel welcome every time. Stefano is amazing too, words aren’t enough to describe him. One of the best hotels in Croydon, with amazing staff.

Yamona’s kindness and professionalism made an already pleasant, comfortable stay even better. She was friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a warm smile. I had a really good stay and would happily come back. Thank you, Yamona, for making it such a positive experience.
