Mercure Daventry Court Hotel

Keri is excellent with customers, and you can tell she enjoys her work. All the staff were friendly and highly trained. Breakfast had a huge choice, and I had a perfect night’s sleep in a clean room with a comfy bed. It just needed someone to share it with! I was surprised by how good this corporate hotel was. I’ve worked in the industry for 25yrs, so I know what I’m talking about, and I couldn’t fault them, even when I tried. When something in the room wasn’t right, they fixed it straight away. The conference weekend gave me a much-needed break to recharge. Thank you, and keep up the high standards.

I come up for work about once a month and always enjoy staying here. The rooms are fresh and tidy, the staff are lovely, the food is delicious, and room service is handy when you’re completely shattered. I’m looking forward to my next stay at the end of March. The bathroom is a little dated, but the shower pressure is always good. I also love the magnifying mirror, which my old eyes appreciate. The pillows are the one letdown: they’re not awful, just thin, lacking support and a bit uncomfortable.

The conference and events team were brilliant, and all the staff we met over the two days were lovely. It was a business stay, and the hotel itself was very nice. On arrival, the reception and bar area looked beautiful, and our room was clean and pleasant. I’d happily stay again if I’m in the area.

From check-in through the bar and breakfast, the staff were friendly, professional and easy to approach. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The room was excellent and the service throughout was exquisite. Mercure Daventry is a real hidden gem, highly recommended.
