The food was good quality, though the menu felt a bit pricey and the scrambled egg was really poor. We also liked the pool, even if it was a little cold, and there was plenty of gym equipment. The strength machines seemed older, though. Pulse fitness equipment is much better. The hotel and our room were clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

The restaurant food was delicious, and this little hotel was good value. The spa was okay but could use an update. The jacuzzi or hot tub costs an extra £15 per person for 30 minutes, and I think it should be included in the stay. Still, a good hotel that I'd recommend.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We found the rooms clean and comfortable, and free parking and WiFi were handy. Having a pool, gym, and sauna on site was a real bonus. It made a great base for exploring the area, with everything we needed under one roof. Highly recommended.

The staff were so kind and supportive with the children, especially my oldest son, who has autism. I really appreciated that. We also loved the swimming pool, and the food was amazing. We had a lovely stay and are looking forward to coming back.

Best wishes from Dublin. We had a very comfortable stay at Best western White horse hotel Derry, and we'll surely visit again with the family. I want to commend the reception desk for its professional and welcoming service. Ms Tulika was calm, genuinely helpful, and could speak and understand Hindi and Urdu, as well as excellent English. Her supervisor deserves credit for having such a great team at the desk.
