The rooms could use redecorating, though the beds were comfortable and breakfast was as expected. The hotel was ideally placed for our business trip, and the receptionist, Tia, was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. She explained clearly what our booking included and arranged dinner for us. We'd definitely recommend it.

Daisy was so friendly when I arrived at Premier Inn and gave me suggestions for things to see nearby. The rooms were really clean, and the location made it easy to get onto the roads and visit friends while I was in the area. Had a great stay and would absolutely come back.

Daisy greeted us with a smile and asked about our journey. We had a basic but clean ground-floor room, and the beds were as fantastic as they always are at a Premier Inn. It was completely quiet, and the ferry port was conveniently close for the next day. We didn't eat breakfast, but it was available at the restaurant up the road.

The lady who greeted us was very helpful and managed to switch us to a downstairs room because of my dodgy knee. It was adapted, with a lower bed and bath, and was clean with all the usual facilities. A noisy guest disturbed our sleep. When I mentioned it to Steven in the morning, he said that's what you get at a port hotel. I was disappointed by that response and didn't find it helpful.

I spent two weeks at this hotel and can't recommend it enough. The service was excellent, especially Tia. She was kind and so nice to talk to, and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. Thanks to her and the whole team!
