The breakfast was exactly what I wanted for my first Scottish experience. The owners were awesome and really helpful, too. I visited two years ago and loved the place. The Pines is also well located if you're hoping to visit the Speyside distilleries.

The owners were so accommodating, even staying up until 10:30pm when I missed my train 🫣. The Pines hotel in Elgin was really clean and tidy, and breakfast was tasty. I loved the quirky decor, it’s interesting and makes for a great talking point. Had a lovely stay and a good blether with the owners. Definitely recommend, and I’ll be back ♥️

The rooms are spotless and breakfast is 10/10. A really nice couple run this lovely place to stay if you're in the area. I don't work around here often, but I'll definitely stay here again next time I do.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and breakfast was excellent. It’s an easy walk to G & M tasting room, Elgin Cathedral and downtown. One of the top three BnBs I’ve stayed in, with spacious, comfortable rooms. I’d definitely come back!

We only had one night at The Pines Guest House, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts and owners were attentive, kind people. The room was clean, quiet and so comfortable, and the bed was really comfy. Even with other guests in the house, we didn’t hear a thing all night. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast room was beautiful, well stocked and nicely decorated. We stayed at 12 different places during our two-week holiday, and this was our favorite!
