We had an easy weekend here while I was visiting a friend in town for a few weeks of work. The room was spotless and practical, and the staff were friendly and easy to approach. The bar and food area has a modern feel, and the bar team gave outstanding service. Big shout to Ahmed! It is on an industrial park, but there’s a small garage within walking distance and a Greggs nearby. The bus stop outside connects to the main transport links, so the location wasn’t much of an issue. Pleasant stay, would recommend.

As expats in England, we really valued Mansi’s kindness and support at Village Hotel Watford. She made us feel comfortable and welcome, and treated people from different backgrounds with respect. Originally from Mumbai, India, she brings warmth, simplicity and professionalism to her work. Her service was patient and caring, always with a genuine smile. We appreciate all the help and positive energy she brings. Mansi is a real asset to the hotel, and our experience was memorable. Highly recommended.

I've been a member at Village Hotel Watford for 10 years and Kajol at the bar has never let me down. She’s attentive, supportive, and makes people feel welcome, with a friendly manner and a consistently positive attitude. Her professionalism and dedication make each visit pleasant, and the hotel is lucky to have her. The club rooms were great, and the staff were super friendly. I also loved the food, darts, and facilities. The swimming pool is huge, and the hydro pool was nice. The only problem was that the TV had no signal. I think it was an issue across the whole hotel that night, and they were fixing it when we left.
