The pub was friendly and cosy, and we really enjoyed the food and delicious ciders. The buttermilk chicken tenders with Korean BBQ sauce were a favourite. I’d recommend stopping in if you’re visiting Ely.

A really good pub all round. The food was great and nicely presented, and the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. The chef clearly knows what he’s doing. They even adjusted our meals to suit us. Friendly staff and great service too.

The pub itself is beautiful and trendy, and it’s a handy stop while exploring Ely, with a major car park nearby. There’s a lovely restaurant area separate from the main bar and a fantastic garden at the back. The food is top notch, with an upmarket feel, and the price seems fair for the quality and presentation. The beer selection, venue and staff were all great. Highly recommend.

A nice spot for a drink, and the room made a good place to stay for the night. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out, with a fully working air-con unit, a comfy bed and a comfy pillow. It was very dusty for some reason, though it seemed more like fabric lint than ordinary household dust. I’d stay again and recommend it, especially with the free council parking behind the pub.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this great pub. The restaurant area is lovely, the food reviews sound good, and they have Kronenberg blanc on tap 👌 I’m not sure about the accommodation.
