Aldi sits right behind the building, with a bus stop there too, which was handy. From the hotel, it's about a 20-minute flat walk into Faversham for its many good pubs and restaurants. We also found the dining area comfortable and the bar a nice extra. The staff were friendly and easy to approach, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. There's free parking for residents. We had a really pleasant stay at the Premier Inn, Faversham, and only positive things to say.

Amelia and the team made us feel very well looked after. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious, and the walk into Faversham old town centre is as short as it gets. My only suggestion is to add some drawers for guests staying more than a night or two. It was a really great stay, thank you.

The meal was a highlight: Jeff took my order at the front of house, the food arrived fresh without a long wait, and chef Jacob cooked my steak perfectly. The restaurant food was fantastic, and the bar had a good range of drinks at fair prices. For a room under £60, I felt the overall quality and service were worth several times that amount. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, so I'd recommend the hotel for an overnight stop or a few days. At reception, Biron welcomed me straight away and sorted both my room and parking for the night. His service was second to none. He even offered to book a restaurant table before I asked and explained the hotel Wi-Fi, since mobile reception can be poor in the rooms. The whole team put in a lot of effort. I could give Biron six stars if that were possible. Looking forward to staying at Premier Inn Faversham again.

After a day working outside, the hot, powerful shower in the Premier Plus room is much appreciated. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly. Dinner and breakfast are both up to a great standard. I stay here when I'm working nearby, and it's a great example of a Premier Inn. Thanks, team.

My two young children were hungry while we stopped at the hotel to charge our car, so I went into the restaurant to find food. We weren't staying there, and with no other nearby food options, I hoped we could get a meal. I was on my own with the children, but was immediately told there were no seats for us. The restaurant looked almost empty. When I asked about the many available tables, a staff member said they were reserved for breakfast and claimed the restaurant was very busy. That didn't seem honest to me: only around 4-6 people were seated, and they were all white guests. As an Asian mother with young children, I couldn't help feeling we were refused because of who we are. There was no reasonable explanation for turning us away when so many tables were visibly free. It was humiliating and deeply upsetting, especially with the children there. We were made to feel unwanted instead of receiving basic kindness or hospitality. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I've had. I strongly warn families and people of colour to think twice before visiting this hotel or restaurant.
