We brought our two dogs, and there was a field beside the property where they could run off lead, plus a courtyard for a last outing before bed. The host was friendly and full of useful information. Our room was small but had more than enough for us, with drawers, a desk, bathroom and wardrobe. We were given a continental breakfast to take away because we had an early tunnel departure. Great value, and we'll use it again when travelling between the UK and Europe.

I was really pleased to find this gem while looking for somewhere to stay near a wedding. I arrived early, and they kindly made a room available so I could get changed. The setting is beautiful and breakfast was delightful. Thanks so much, I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning, and the owners were lovely and attentive, always ready to help. We stayed in the family converted barn room, which was cute and cosy, with everything we needed and beautiful grounds around it. We'd definitely come back.

Our host was very welcoming and made space for our oversized car transporter trailer. The room and bathroom were spotless, well equipped and nicely presented. We also had a fabulous continental breakfast brought to the room. Happy to recommend, and we'd stay again.

We were in town for a wedding at the nearby Old Kent Barn, and this place suited us perfectly. Rob was really helpful while I was unsure about our arrival time. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable, and having our own front door meant no worry about getting back late. There was a good hot shower and a light but varied breakfast delivered to us in the morning. A coffee machine would have been nice, but I'd still highly recommend it.
