I came to visit my godmother and was glad to see how well the team look after her. They’re accommodating and helpful, a lovely, lively bunch who have been through all walks of life and are there for people during hard times. Thank you, Graeme and Tango, for creating a safe and fun environment. X

There are only about 10 rooms, so this quaint little townhouse feels more like a Bed and Breakfast. The rooms at the top are very high up, as they are in many buildings in town. A lovely chap greeted us warmly and gave excellent service. When our door lock needed replacing, he gathered a team and they had a new lock fitted in less than 5 minutes, so we could get on with our day. The bed was really comfortable, and the basin in the room was handy. The bed linen, towels and shower mat were pristine and incredibly fresh. I always make a point of sniffing them! The walls are paper thin, and the big gap under the entrance door didn’t help, but for one night it was perfectly fine. Cheap accommodation is hard to find in Folkestone, and this place delivered very well. Thank you, Team!

A fun little hotel near the seafront, with very friendly and helpful staff. It’s connected to the Skuba bar.

The room was clean and well maintained, with great high ceilings. It was quite a bit bigger than rooms at other budget hotels. We were in ground-floor Room 1, and my toddler loved having space to run around. The hotel is in a great spot, close to the seafront and good walking routes that worked even with a stroller. We’d love to return if we’re in Folkestone again.

The sea view from the hotel was excellent, and the town centre was only about 5 minutes away. Our rooms were clean and had kettles for tea and coffee. All the staff were really friendly, and the Guinness was excellent too. I was with 6 germans for one night on Sunday, 1st of June 2025. We were told to check in at the bar, which was full of people from a music Festival that had just finished nearby. The Manager showed us to our rooms himself and took time to answer questions. A band played until early evening, followed by Karaoke. Regards, Anthony Donovan
