The hosts were warm, friendly, and very accommodating when our plans changed at short notice. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Some rooms look out over the loch, and ours was nicely furnished, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast is included and was delicious, from the chia pudding and breakfast sausage to the cappuccino. It’s a lovely location with beautiful views.

We loved the view from the lodge, with Loche Linnhe right outside, and the star-filled sky at night was magical for us, especially after Singapore’s light pollution. The guesthouse was closed for its winter break, so we had the whole place to ourselves. Larisa confirmed our reservation, and the lodge had what we needed for a cosy, comfortable short stay. We’re vegan and drove a short way to Morrison to pick up groceries for cooking. The city centre is also a short drive away, though there are few street lamps around the lodge, so it was pitch black at night. The one real gripe was the cold toilet. Lodge no.2 stayed colder than no.1 even after we adjusted the thermostat, which was a bummer for my kids. We miss our stay and would choose it first if we visit Fort William again. Thanks to Torlinnhe Guest House for hosting us!

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Scotland, and the service was exceptional. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Fort William, just a three-minute drive from the town centre. I left an item in my room, and Mark/ Larissa and the team went out of their way to post it to me in London. We’ll definitely stay here again next time.

The host clearly cares about guests and made us feel very welcome. We stayed two nights, though I’d gladly have stayed longer. For my partner’s birthday, they left a lovely card and chocolates in the room, such a thoughtful touch. Torlinnhe Guest House is a beautiful little place in a stunning spot, a few minutes by car from Fort William centre. Everything felt carefully looked after, from the clean rooms and special details to the crockery, bedroom furniture, comfortable bed and bedding, and Arran Aromatics toiletries. The After the rain scent is one of my favourites. There was a good breakfast selection, and the host was lovely with each guest. I can’t recommend it enough. Next time I’m in Fort William or nearby, Torlinnhe will be my first choice. Thank you, Mark! Nicky and Robert.

A comfortable bed and breakfast with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The location worked well for us, as long as you’re okay with a 5-10 minute cab ride into town. Glen Nevis Visitor Center and some of the hikes are about a 15-20 minute cab ride away. We waited no more than 15 minutes for a cab from the guest house into downtown Fort William. It was well worth it.
