The buffet had lots of choice and was delicious, and the well-stocked bar kept everyone happy all evening. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff gave us excellent service from beginning to end. I celebrated my 40th birthday there and had a fantastic night. I’ve been to many parties at the hotel over the years, and the improvements since the new management took over a few years ago are clear. Everything felt fresh, welcoming and cared for. Our experience was lovely. I’d recommend it for a special occasion or a restaurant meal, and I’m looking forward to the Christmas party night this year. Keep it up, guys 🙌

We held a community party for 200 people, and everything was handled really well from beginning to end. Management were great, and Sam, the head chef, went above and beyond to make sure the food and service were right. The food had all the authentic taste, and everyone who came enjoyed the event. I’d highly recommend the venue and its food.

The curries were the highlight of our curry night at Kings Park Hotel, rich in flavor. Special thanks to chef Sam for the delicious curry. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the relaxed, inviting atmosphere made it a lovely evening. Service was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. Everyone should give it a try!

Breakfast was even worse than the room. We were served mouldy bread and only noticed after starting to eat, and there was hair in the eggs. It showed a shocking lack of hygiene and basic food safety. At around 2-3 a.m., a false fire alarm went off twice and woke us in a panic. My children were terrified, and afterwards there was no proper explanation or reassurance. That was unacceptable. The room also had a very unpleasant smell as soon as we entered, making us uncomfortable from the start. The poor room conditions, frightening disturbance at night and unhygienic breakfast made this an extremely stressful, disappointing stay. The hotel needs to address cleanliness, food safety and guest safety. We had a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families.
