The staff are the real highlight, genuinely welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. Someone has done a great job recruiting and keeping such a good team. Breakfast is a good deal at £13, with lots of choice and variety. Bonus points for serving only fair trade coffee and tea. The gym is small, but good to have for some cardio or stretching. The rooms are much less comfortable. They get far too hot in winter, with no individual climate control. The window only opens a little, and there's a busy road outside as well as the airport. There's plenty of noise inside too: doors bang loudly and there's little sound insulation between floors, so bring good earplugs. The mattresses are too soft, though the linen is high quality. The location is good, but getting here from the airport can be expensive because of Heathrow's policies. An Uber from Terminal 4 cost £35. If you don't have many bags, a Transport for London bus stop outside goes directly to Heathrow Central.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but came back when returning the rental car. The gentleman at the front desk was outstanding and went out of his way to help us find our Uber pickup. He was the sweetest person I met in England, and I'd consider staying here in the future. It's in an industrial area, not too far from the airport. I was exhausted and jetlagged, so I came back to change my review and offer my sincerest apology. The lobby could use new furniture, or maybe it's meant to be eclectic, but it has a cool, very new age look with neon everywhere. The breakfast looked like a five-star continental breakfast.

My airline sent me to Moxy Hotel Heathrow T4 after my flight was cancelled, but the stay was deeply disappointing. I arrived after a long, stressful day of travel and found the reception staff dismissive and unhelpful. They gave me the impression that this was simply how things were, rather than offering support to stranded passengers. Dinner was poor: the pasta and carrots were half-cooked, the rice overcooked, and the meatball dish unappetizing. It seemed like little care had gone into a meal for guests with no other options. I went down at 5:30 a.m. for breakfast before my early flight, but was told abruptly that it wouldn't be ready until 6. When I said I had to leave before then, the staff member offered only a coffee, with no alternative or other effort to help. That was my breakfast. Only one person I met, at the bar, showed professionalism or courtesy. The rest seemed disengaged and uninterested. Basic service, food quality, and customer care all fell short. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially to travellers already dealing with disrupted plans.

At this price, the location is excellent value. You can get to central London in about 55 minutes, which is impressive for an airport hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout, making the stay smooth and comfortable. Jash was especially kind and supportive, helping me get a great room and gladly meeting my requests. I had a great stay at Moxy Heathrow Airport and would recommend it. I'd definitely stay again.
