The White Hart Hotel

The friendly staff really helped make our stay feel welcoming, and we loved the warm, easygoing atmosphere in the bar at night. The music was at a comfortable volume. Our beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and breakfast was excellent too. We stayed on 19/01/26 and plan to return on a day when Hampton Court Palace is open. The hotel is ideally placed for visiting there, Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and the surrounding area. Thank you!

We’ve been coming here for six years, and the standard of the Thai property, the staff and the pub has stayed high. This time my partner and I booked a couple of nights on a whim with our two dogs. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee. Even the dogs were treated to beds, blankets, treats and toys. The food is well worth trying. The fish pie was delicious, and the lemon meringue pie was to die for. Most of all, it’s the people who make the place. From reception to the bar, restaurant, cleaning and maintenance teams, everyone was lovely, chatty and helpful. When a van blocked us in at the car park as we were leaving, Niki and Tom were especially helpful. Highly recommended.

The pork chop really hit the spot, and the staff were friendly and smiling throughout my pleasant visit. Evie especially stood out. She was young, but her customer service was excellent, she was welcoming, helpful and always smiling. There’s free guest parking at the rear, and the pub and hotel are right in Kingston centre. The shopping centre, train station and bus station are just a few minutes away on foot. If you’re going shopping, I’d leave the car behind. The one-way system can be confusing if you don’t know the area, and walking over Kingston bridge takes only five minutes. I highly recommend this place.

My mum and I stayed for one night, and our room was lovely, comfortable and homey. The best part of the stay was Bethany. She was so caring and attentive, and made the whole experience much better. She’s a real asset to the hotel and company, and we’re very grateful she looked after us.
