The location is fantastic, with the beach, restaurants, a grocery store and Bubbles all an easy walk away. We walked down to the beach at a very low tide. Debbie and Neal were kind hosts, and breakfast was wonderful.

The off-street parking was really handy for my motorbike. It’s in a great location, with a nice room, lovely breakfast and a really nice couple running the place.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and our room was lovely and comfortable. Neil greeted us warmly and even offered to carry our bag upstairs, which was a first for us. Hosts Neil & Debbie were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was lovely, especially the perfectly cooked poached egg. It’s a short walk to the town centre and seafront. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Llandudno was easy to explore on foot from this ideal location. The cosy rooms felt like a home away from home, and breakfast was gorgeous with lots of choice. Such a lovely getaway.

We had a really good breakfast and would definitely stay again. Neal and Debbie were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They let us check in at 12pm at no extra cost. It’s a quiet spot, just five minutes’ walk from the town centre.
