The food and ambience were stunning, and the staff were attentive. Lucky looked after our table and made the meal special with her attention to detail. Wishing her every success in her future career, and thank you!

We had a fantastic break for our granddaughter's birthday. The rooms were clean and beautiful, with everything we could want. Michael and Ivan were amazing. We'll definitely return.

I've been coming here for over 30 years and it's long overdue for a review. From the rooms to the dining experience, the hotel is faultless. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond. Alvin and Michal looked after us this time, but all the dining staff deserve a mention for their exemplary service. See you soon. Mel & Debbie

We only came to dine, not stay at the hotel. Some good friends treated us to an anniversary meal. There was a good choice on the menu, and the food and service were excellent. The staff were friendly and discreet, and we chose one of the booth tables.

We've been going to the Empire for years, and it never disappoints. This latest stay was amazing too. Else and the team are fantastic, and nothing is too much trouble. We arrived as a group of 12, then friends joined us as a group of eight. Ages ranged from 18 months to 69, with all sorts in between. The comfort, food and service were exceptional.
