The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped, with high quality materials. The concierge and staff were friendly and really helpful. The location in Chelsea is ideal. A wonderful stay, well worth the money. Totally recommend.

I stayed at Cheval Phoenix Houses back in February, and it felt like a peaceful home away from home. The whole place was quiet and discreet, just right for relaxing or getting focused work done. Housekeeping was top-notch, and the apartments were always spotless and well looked after. Every staff member I met was fantastic. Hamza on night reception was especially attentive. When I told him the apartment felt too dark, he quickly arranged a brighter one so I’d be comfortable. Mia was sweet and accommodating, and Grace, the intern, was kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to stay.
