I was here for two nights for a work function and slept well. It was peaceful, and the room was very clean and cosy, with plenty of complimentary extras that were restocked. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and breakfast had a great variety. The location worked well for me, just five minutes from Waterloo station and close to lots of attractions. I’ll be back in March.

My room was cosy but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the rooms are clean and thoughtfully laid out. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, and breakfast was complimentary and delicious. The price was very reasonable too. I stayed from January 12th to 15th, 2026. The location is fantastic, about a 14-minute walk to Borough Market and King's College. I’m already looking forward to returning someday! 💐❤️

The bed’s firm mattress suited us perfectly, and the room had good heating. We stayed with my daughter and enjoyed our visit. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and polite. Tube access was good, with a 7-8 minute walk to the Northern or Bakerloo line. In the morning, Borough market was a 14-minute walk. We’ll come back.

We could leave our luggage on both arrival and departure days, before or after check-out, and breakfast is provided. European travellers will also find European outlets as well as the standard ones. The Wi-Fi was reliable for us. The location is well connected, with bus stops and Underground stations nearby, making transport around London cheap and quick. Some sights are walkable too, if a 30-minute morning stroll sounds good. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the staff were always around and ready to help. They were extremely kind, and I’d recommend this for a safe, comfortable London stay.

I had everything I needed in my single room, and the universal outlet meant I didn’t have to buy a London converter. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and willing to help with anything. I stayed for two nights and shared a bathroom. It’s a great location, with a short walk to the Tube, metro, and bus stations for getting around the city. Definitely recommend!
