The room was a real highlight, impressively spacious by London standards and among the largest I've stayed in here. The bathroom was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is centrally located in a safe-feeling area of the Financial District, with Royal Exchange, London and Tower Bridge within easy reach. The reception team welcomed me professionally from the start. My only disappointment was breakfast: it was included and you could order à la carte, but the selection felt limited. I would have liked more variety or a buffet. Still, I had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Clayton Hotel London Wall and would consider it again.

The room was enormous, with a huge bed and everything I needed, including tea and coffee, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and plenty of other comforts. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower and a huge bath. I got there at 2 pm, before the 2:30 check-in time, and was told the room wasn't ready. They quickly upgraded me to a superior room at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly, and the price and location suited my needs for a staff Christmas party in London perfectly. Nothing bad to say, really. Thank you.

Tanzid, the Assistant F&B manager, welcomed us so warmly at Clayton London even though he was extremely busy. He was friendly throughout and gave us amazing service. The food was delicious, and dinner was a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended if you're nearby after a day of shopping. It was relaxing, and the service was quick and reliable.

The pillows were superb, and my room also had a sofa and coffee machine. The rooms were very nice, and the restaurant service was good. I'm not sure the food was worth the price, but it was definitely edible. A quality hotel I'd recommend to anyone staying in that part of London.

Duty Manager Derick's kindness and professional manner during our Sunday visit left a lasting impression. We were only stopping for drinks before having a roast elsewhere, but we had a meaningful conversation about a disappointing experience I'd previously had at the Shoreditch location. Derick takes real ownership of his role and treats the business with care. His customer-focused approach has restored my confidence in the Clayton brand. Staff like him are invaluable. He helped make up for the earlier frustration, and I'll certainly return to Clayton hotels. A huge thank you to Derick.
