Holiday Inn London - Heathrow Bath Road

Our flight was cancelled around 11pm and the airline put us up here. The front desk had a long queue of stranded passengers waiting for room keys, but the staff stayed cheerful, friendly, and polite, which I really appreciated. Someone had left extra bottles of water at our door, a lovely gesture. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was nice, and breakfast was good. Katya was helpful too. Thank you :)

I've stayed at most of the Holiday Inns in London, and this is probably the nicest one there, and easily my favourite Holiday Inn or IHG around Heathrow. It feels better inside than most and, though about seven years old, still looks brand new. Front desk service was excellent, the food was great, and the bar area had a nice feel. Highly recommended. Staybridge Suites is next door, part of the same chain, and is excellent too.

I've stayed here before with let’z live group, and the staff are always very nice and helpful. Breakfast has very good options, better than at other Holiday Inn locations I've tried. Avron and Tanya were attentive as usual, and Ekatarina at reception was welcoming, smiling, and ready to help early in the morning. She used to work in the breakfast area too, and her service is just as good there.

Being so close to Heathrow, I expected airport noise, but the soundproofing was excellent and it was surprisingly quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was good. Milanen & Daljeet also took care of my gluten-free needs. I had a very enjoyable stay, thank you!
