Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow

The restaurant was decent, though the menu was a bit limited. There’s no complimentary drinking water or toothbrush in the room, but you can buy them at reception. Rooms are new, clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly and professional. It’s a practical, convenient place for a short stay, mostly geared toward business travellers. If your room faces the Heathrow Airport runway, you’ll have a fantastic view for plane spotting, but you’ll also hear noticeable engine noise.

The underground car park is reached via just one lift, in the middle of the building by reception. If your room is at either end, you have to walk to reception before taking the lift to your car, so parking closer to the middle would be easier. Otherwise, we had a good stay at Leonardo Hotel. The staff were flexible and accommodating, especially for our late check-in. The room was nice and comfortable for the three of us for one night. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff and surroundings were friendly and welcoming for our young child to run around.

The team made my dad’s 60th birthday visit really special, and we had a wonderful stay with caring service throughout. Edna and Tanvi at reception were especially thoughtful and arranged for a cake to be served at dinner. It was a lovely personal touch that meant a lot to us. The night staff, particularly Ivan and Nafhan, were attentive and quick to sort out our questions, so we felt looked after at any hour. Roger deserves a special mention too. His care, professionalism and service helped make the birthday dinner a complete success. The whole team went beyond what we expected and made the stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return. Thank you all for making this milestone celebration so special.

My family stayed at Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow Airport, and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, plus more. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Jacek and Precina went above and beyond while we were going through a very difficult time, and their kindness overwhelmed us. I’d highly recommend the hotel and its wonderful staff.
