Sahil at reception gave especially good service, and staff opening doors at the entrances and exit was a nice touch. The rooms were nice, though a lot of light came in and they weren’t pitch black. The gym wasn’t the best either. Still, the staff were nice overall and the location was good, about 5 mins from the Tube station. I’d stay again.

I’ve stayed here twice and my brother once, for 8 nights total in January. The rooms are nice, and many of the staff are nice too. The morning reception supervisor was helpful when I complained and gave me complimentary items, which I appreciate. But after a short trip outside London, I checked in last night and the guy put me in the basement. No windows, no view, literally underground, and it was the most I’d paid for a night. I’m not a slave. I came to relax, not suffocate. I’d tipped several staff during my stays, yet the guy put me in jail. Fortunately I got my room changed. Today I checked out and will switch hotels. What happened last night was unacceptable. Thanks!

She was warm and professional from the start, approachable and attentive, and clearly committed to making the guest experience feel considered rather than routine. The room presentation and decoration stood out. It was beautifully arranged, stylish and thoughtfully detailed, creating a calm, luxurious feeling as soon as I walked in. Myroslavia was proactive and genuinely invested in making the stay memorable. She represents the hotel very well and brings a personal touch that improves the experience. She’s a real asset and leaves a lasting positive impression. With time, she’ll undoubtedly become a standout in guest experience management. I’d happily recommend both her and the hotel to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, well-curated stay in London.

My boyfriend surprised me with a birthday stay, and the staff made me feel so special. Everywhere I went, people wished me a happy birthday, which was so sweet. A big thank you to Iman, who sent a complimentary gift and was amazing throughout. The hotel itself was beautiful, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The waitress and manager were both very kind. The staff made my birthday unforgettable. Highly recommend! 💖
