The dinner was marvellous, and my wife and kids were delighted. I wasn't sure about the dress code, so I felt a bit ashamed in my jeans and hoodie among the well-dressed gentlemen. I hope it wasn't too distracting. Natalia, our waitress, was helpful, kind, and professional, and her smile made the meal even more enjoyable. The hotel is very well located, which made our trip with two small kids more comfortable. Reception staff were kind and helpful, our room was quiet and super clean, and breakfast was amazing.

Cinzia made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She was welcoming, professional, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. Michael was fantastic as well, friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. Their customer service really made a difference and made the visit more enjoyable. They both represent excellent hospitality. I'd recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a handy spot for exploring the city. Check-in went smoothly, with Rasgna making us feel at ease. She explained everything clearly, welcomed us warmly, and arranged an early check-in. The breakfast selection felt a little limited, and the pool’s 30-minute booking slots were hard to get and too short to really enjoy. We stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant visit. We’d consider coming back.

The only small thing I’d change is adding more standing tables outside the conference hall. Otherwise, this was probably the most comfortable large conference venue I’ve attended. The food was high quality, the staff were attentive, and the building was clean. A great experience, and thanks to the hard-working team.
