Premier Inn London Hendon - The Hyde

My stay was horrible. The rooms smelled mouldy, and the towels smelled awful too. I was given one room, then asked to move. The second seemed better at first, but the smell hit me once I was under the sheets. The bathroom vents were completely clogged with dust. You can’t open the windows even a crack. I understand the safety concern, but this hotel needs help. The staff were friendly, at least.

There was a hot water problem in my room on the first evening, so I let reception know. Emmanuel from maintenance came up very quickly, was courteous and professional, and explained the issue in simple terms. He fixed it completely in a short time, and the hot water stayed consistent for the rest of my stay. I really appreciated how efficiently and politely he handled it. It made a big difference to my experience.

I spent five days at Premier Inn Hendon, and the team made the trip from Canada feel like a staycation. Krupaben and Ashwariya were the real stars. They made check-in smooth, and dinner service was top-notch, actually really good. Room service was awesome too, with friendly, attentive staff throughout. Thanks to the whole team, especially Krupa and Ashwariya. They’re why I’ll come back. I had such a great experience that I’ll tell my friends and family, and if you’re going to London, Hendon is a great choice.

Siras and the team took such good care of us, always friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay, with a comfortable room, brilliant breakfast, and a great price. Thanks!
