The entrance is to the side of our aparthotel , opposite the entrance to Premier Inn on Merryweather Place. Please ask reception for your permit ahead of parking your car.

The room was nice, bright, and had good service facilities. The bed and bathroom were very nice, and the small kitchen was functional. People were lovely, always smiling and eager to help. The reception cat was sweet and friendly, adding extra charm. It’s an easy walk to Greenwich centre and the train station, and only two stops from London Bridge. The one downside was that the windows don’t open, which makes the room humid. There is air conditioning, though, so you can adjust the temperature.

We booked a studio for three and were upgraded to a really clean, modern room with good facilities and even a small kitchen. There are lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants close by, and plenty of landmarks a short walk or quick Uber ride away. Staff were very helpful, and I understand someone is there 24/7. For a short stay in London city, the quality and value seemed much better than Travelodge. I’d definitely recommend it.

The way my daughter and I were treated left me very disappointed. Staff were unfriendly from our arrival, and basic requests brought abrupt, dismissive replies. Traveling with a child can be tiring already, so a little courtesy would have made a difference. We felt like a nuisance instead of welcome guests, and the stay didn’t make us feel comfortable or respected.

The area was really handy, with shops and restaurants nearby and the DLR only a five-minute walk away. Our room was spacious and clean, and the price felt worth it. The staff were so friendly, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed being here. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’d come back ❤️
