The Londoner

Despite being right by busy Leicester Square, the rooms were wonderfully quiet, spotless and comfortable, with excellent beds that meant a great night's sleep. The Londoner Hotel's location in the heart of Theatreland is unbeatable for exploring London, while still feeling like a private retreat. The spa, bars and lounges are all outstanding, thoughtfully designed and indulgent. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere balanced high energy with relaxation. The design is bold, stylish and beautifully detailed, creating a calm, elegant world that feels removed from the buzz outside. From the moment you step inside, the hotel feels glamorous, exciting and effortlessly luxurious. It's a true London showstopper, a modern sanctuary for a special stay, theatre weekend or simply treating yourself. Highly recommended! ✨🏨🎭

The spa won us over: we spent a rainy afternoon lounging by the warm pool, then had treatments. Just what we needed. The team at The Whitcomb and The Residence deserve a mention too. They were busy at times, but stayed cheerful and composed. We live in Amsterdam and often pop over to London, trying different hotels in search of somewhere that feels like home. We’ve found it at The Londonder. Everyone was helpful and on point, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Tot snel!!

Jan made the stay for my daughter. She left a little gift in our room that absolutely delighted her, and took real care to make the visit special. We came to London for a festive trip with my three-year-old, and the welcome from the moment we arrived was so warm it felt like we were the only guests there. The hotel was beautiful, our room spotless, and the tech was handy, especially the heated toilet seat. Children are looked after exceptionally well here. I knew I’d return from the first impression, and Jan’s kindness settled it. We can’t wait.

The location made it easy to get out into the middle of London, with everything close by. We also really enjoyed the room service dal curry, ordering it several times because it was so good. The hotel felt modern and spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the high-tech gym had equipment I hadn’t seen in other hotels. A big thank you to Rado and the bell team. On Christmas Eve, Rado helped carry our bags all the way to the taxi, arranged the taxi too, and stayed incredibly friendly and upbeat throughout. His colleagues were just as fantastic and clearly work hard. We felt well cared for and would gladly stay again.
