The reception staff were so kind and helpful, and the location was great. We had a comfortable stay at Tower Residences Blue Orchid, with spotlessly clean rooms and a practical, well-equipped kitchen in the apartment. They also accommodated our breakfast requests, which we appreciated. The one letdown was finding out that rooms are cleaned only every three days, since that wasn’t made clear at check-in. Aside from not having daily room cleaning, everything else was excellent. Would we return? Yes, absolutely, mainly for the comfort and location.

We finished our European holiday with a trip to London, and had a fantastic view from TR1, along with two bathrooms and showers. Christian showed us three rooms to choose from and checked us into TR1. Over the next 4.5 days, Roxanne, Aroona and Rakshmi gave us amazing service. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful. Roxanne even went the extra mile to help us find a suitcase after SAS damaged ours. Thank you Christian, Roxy, Aroona and Rakshmi. The English buffet breakfast at the nearby Tower Suites was lovely each morning, and the waiting staff there were wonderful too. Having two complimentary bottles of drinking water daily, along with laundry liquid and other supplies, was a lovely gesture. Tower Residences, part of the Blue Orchid group, is lucky to have such efficient, friendly and committed staff. A couple of things could be better: the bulbs were too dim, the evaporated cooling system wasn’t proper air-conditioning, and the oven and microwave were complicated to use. 😊

We stayed three days and found the hotel nice and clean, with a very good breakfast and friendly staff. I especially liked the room service. The Bulgarian guy was polite and friendly, and very professional and helpful when I was choosing from the wines and food available. Thanks, we’ll be back.

The room was really nice and clean, and the reception staff were all polite and helpful. We had a lovely view of tower bridge, and the transport links were convenient. The only downside was that the circle line runs underneath the building, so we felt it shake every ten minutes or so.

The room was spacious and clean, and I especially loved having laundry facilities and a kitchen in the room. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our wonderful five-night stay. It was perfect for a family vacation.
