We gave up after asking for the bill four times. They brought the wrong bill twice, and by then we’d lost our sense of humour about it. I hear they serve food too, but after the drinks service I’d say order 3-4 weeks ahead. It took 25-30 minutes just to order drinks. An hour in, the drinks had been delivered wrong twice, and the waitress couldn’t tell us what she was leaving on the table. Hard to put into words how bad the service was.

We got seated quickly, and the place was clean. The receptionist who welcomed us was polite. But after waiting 25 minutes just to order drinks, with only two other tables there, we got up and left. Those good points are why it gets two stars. Without them, I’d give it zero.

The counter service seemed good, I guess, but the accommodation was a real letdown and fell short in every way. The bathroom was dirty, the vacuum didn’t work and the dryer was rubbish. I never met the man hosting us. Maybe the people who gave five stars got a better room than I did. This is just my personal opinion.

A nice spot to unwind with a coffee, beer or cocktail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the décor is smart. It’s well presented but still has a relaxed feel.

The building was absolutely Fabulous, and the apartment we stayed in through an AirBnb was really nice too.
