Suzanne is the very best member of staff at Travelodge. The location is one we love, and the room was comfortable, clean, tidy and spacious. There's free parking for guests too. I'd recommend this hotel over any other Travelodge, and we'd definitely come back.

The rooms were good, and the three wheelers pub next door was great. We stayed at the travelodge chigwell from Wednesday 17th Sept to Thursday 18th Sept. On Thursday morning we found our van had been broken into and all our tools stolen, along with tools from a few other vans. Staff said this had also happened the month before. It wasn't the Travelodge's fault, but don't be taken in by the lovely location. If you're a tradesman, take your tools into the hotel room, or find somewhere else if your van doesn't have the right security.

The pub next door serves lovely food, and the location was perfect for our overnight stay for a wedding at Chigwell marquees. The rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean, making this one of the best places we've stayed. The girl on reception and the guy working at night were both very friendly and helpful.

The TV ariel was broken, but since I arrived late and left early, it wasn't a problem. I could hear people making quite a lot of noise in the corridors, though I suppose that can happen in hotels. I just seemed to hear it a lot.

The staff were fantastic and did everything they could for us. A really lovely hotel, thank you!
