Travelodge London Tower Bridge

For the price, I'd recommend this one. The beds are good enough, the showers are nice and breakfast was pretty good. More than anything, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Roman at reception and Gabby in the breakfast area. It's one of the better Travelodges I've stayed in.

The rooms are very basic, but they were just right for a one-night stay. I was booked in by my company and had a very pleasant time here. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, helpful staff and a secure door entry system, plus a nice temperature in the room. For the money, there's a lot to like. It's a very nice budget hotel, with easy access across London. The Tower of London and fent church Street station are each about a five-minute walk away. You can't beat this place.

The location is great, but that's about all I liked. The rooms were okay, though they weren't cleaned every day as you might expect from a hotel. You can get clean towels, but that's it, and WiFi costs extra. Service was poor, partly because the hotel seemed understaffed, and the staff were generally unfriendly. One morning at breakfast they had run out of tea and butter, and they shut an hour before the advertised time. I'd choose another hotel, somewhere breakfast has the basic things you'd expect.
