ABC Bed & Breakfast

I’ve stayed in hotels on work trips to the UK before, but I’ll use this place again. It’s a good location and very good value, with an easy check-in and check-out. The room was warm and the bed comfortable, at £50 a night. After several other stays while visiting the UK, I still can’t fault the value or service. I’d give it 10 stars. Thank you.

For the price, it’s hard to beat. I enjoyed my stay at ABC b&b, a quaint place just a short walk from Turnham Green station, about 30 minutes from central London. The bed could have been better, but it was fine for me. I’d stay again.

It was clean, but very outdated. This is a budget hotel, not a Sheraton or Hilton. Fine for one person who just needs somewhere to sleep.

The one good thing in the room was the TV. The staff at the sister hotel Chiswick court were brilliant and understanding, and I feel bad for them having to handle the complaints they must get. This place is in such a good area, which makes it a shame that the stay was so awful. There was no breakfast, and it’s a shared house with people living in the property. It didn’t feel safe, as nobody was on site. The room stank, there was no heating at night, and all I got to sleep under was a sheet. The windows were old and thin, so all I could hear was the train. The bedding and sheets were dirty, the mattress looked older than me, and I’m not young. There was mould on the walls and the carpets were dirty. The window blind was broken and had no string. The bathroom was grim and unhygienic, the shower was broken, and there was no hot water.
