The compact rooms are cleverly laid out, with quality fittings, a comfortable bed, a great shower and a practical kitchenette that gave us everything we needed. The full breakfast, including hot food, was a pleasant surprise and very decent for the reasonable room rate. This is the best hotel we've stayed at for under £200 a night. It's also in a terrific location. A bus stop is a five-minute walk away, and the bus runs along the high street to Trafalgar Square, passing heaps of London sights. Much nicer than taking the Tube.

Breakfast the next morning was really delicious, more than I could have asked for, and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. I booked for a one-day work trip to London and wanted something that wouldn't break the bank. The Booking.com score was great, and the folders looked nice. Check-in was extremely quick. My room was really nice, with a view and thoughtful touches, plus free water, tea and coffee. I'll keep this hotel bookmarked and hope to come back.

The staff were excellent throughout, with every person going the extra mile. It has a small boutique feel and top-quality hotel service, and the location was perfect for my event at Olympia.

The Olympia station wasn't especially useful, but buses come often and get you quickly to a nearby station. Staff were very kind and breakfast was very good. The room was a little small, though that seems quite reasonable for London. A very nice hotel.

It's a lovely street in quiet surroundings. The employees were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an English selection.
